Off
Site Learning Experiences - A majority of
our programs are delivered in an indoor setting (classrooms, conference
centers, office complexes, etc.). Others are outside. We custom design
all programs in a
way that allows us to offer them anywhere you want (we will travel with
you to Hawaii!). Our off-site
programs are just as challenging, creative and fun as our challenge
courses. They provide a powerful option to get the results you want.

Challenge
Course/Ropes Course Experiences - We offer custom programs at our
Mint Hill challenge
course near Charlotte, North Carolina. Our programs are designed to
invite participants to learn valuable team principles through active
participation in problem solving and trust building exercises. We
are members of the Association for Challenge Course
Technology, and often receive requests to bring our expertise to
other challenge courses.

Adventure
Hunt
in downtown Charlotte, NC - A unique urban program that
challenges participants to work together to solve problems and
communicate effectively in order to navigate a course throughout the
city. The current programs have been designed for Charlotte, NC, but
Adventure Hunt can be designed to fit any city.

Giving Back to the Community
- The Playground or Bike Building
programs are a great addition to
any Team Development process or event. They offer a
unique challenge for team members to work together to complete a highly
complex, yet fun, task. Communication, planning, execution, time
management, coaching, and leadership all come into play in this
exercise. The added bonus of the Playground or Bike Building
programs is the community service it provides, since the team donates
the completed bikes to a charity or non-profit organization of their
choice.

Group
Facilitation / Keynote . We bring the energy, creativity, and intimacy of our smaller programs to our work with large groups
of 100 to 800+ people. The more
the merrier - come to us with your needs and we will partner with you to
design and deliver an experience participants will be talking about for

Assessments-
Developing effective, authentic relationships with
others begins with a clearer understanding of one's self.
Self-awareness, understanding the
real
you, is key to building relationships. There are several
inventories out on the market that provide tools for self-discovery -
Meyers-Briggs, Firo-B, The Big Five, Herman-Brain Dominance Inventory,
DiSC, The Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), are a few of the options.
Though, all of these instruments have their strengths, we most often use
and recommend DiSC and
SDI
.

Conscientiousness. Detailed, personalized information helps people apply

Coaching
and Leadership Conversations©
- Coaching people
one-on-one or facilitating Leadership Conversations in small groups is a powerful and integral part of our approach in
helping individuals and teams perform. Our coaches
care and create dynamic relationships with their clients -
relationships that foster growth and achieve results. The coaches
usually meet with their clients for two 1 hour sessions per month either
on the phone or in person. As organizations grow and tasks get more
complex, effective leadership is even more important. We offer many
tools and ways to increase the emotional intelligence of any type of
leader on their journey towards ever increasing excellence.

Hot Air Ballooning - New ideas
literally take off everyday with us, so we incorporated Charles' passion
for ballooning with John's passion for team building and came up with

Motivational/Keynote
Speaking - We don't do this, strictly speaking. Instead of
us talking and groups listening, we design interactive conversations for
groups to learn from each other. Or we get them up and playing which
sets them up to learn. Either way, we find this strategy far more
effective and engaging!

Diversity Awareness -
Diversity is such a huge topic. We believe that it
is more than skin deep. It is more than quotas. The more aware an
organization is, the more powerful it can be. We raise awareness by
inviting people to be vulnerable and share their rich stories. Once
greater
awareness is created, then everyone has the opportunity to see with a
new
perspective and begin building more access, inclusion, and equity in the
workplace.

Strategic
Planning - How do you get to where you want to go without
knowing or having a clear image of what that is up front? Strategic
planning is an organization's process of defining its strategy, or
direction, and making decisions on allocating its resources to pursue
this strategy, including its capital and people. There are many
processes to achieve this. We sit down with you first and seek to
understand who you are, and then we design a process and help facilitate
your organization's strategic development.
